For over 25 years, Martha (she/her) has been a leader in transforming care for families in Canada. She founded three childcare tech businesses. One of her services, CanadianNanny, has helped over 300,000 families find childcare across Canada.  After successfully selling her company, Martha created a federally-funded social enterprise that is now a pop-up childcare service employing newcomer women to work as caregivers at events and training across Vancouver. Martha is currently working as a Childcare Consultant for the film industry in Canada and the Vancouver Art Gallery. Martha has been featured in over 100 national media as a childcare expert. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Ryerson University and is the proud parent of two grown daughters.
