Shayna Rector-Bleeker (she/her) thrives at the intersection of communication, strategy, systems and design. She has a proven track record of helping senior leaders to build vision and create impact, while successfully navigating organizational complexity and change.  With deep experience in advertising, energy and municipal government, she is able to draw upon a wide variety of networks and situations to provide counsel and leadership. Her global presence, having lived in The Netherlands, UK, Switzerland, Australia and Canada, provides for a unique, high impact and empathetic approach to leadership, communication and community.  A believer in the need for a new approach to leadership in the face of global complexity, Shayna helped to bring the THNK School of Creative Leadership from Amsterdam to Vancouver and now contributes to building the League of Intrapreneurs globally. Shayna holds an MBA from RSM Erasmus University in the Netherlands, a Marketing Communications Certificate from BCIT, and a BA from the University of British Columbia. She lives in North Vancouver, Canada with her husband and their two young boys.
